The concept of a "partitura" or musical syntax using people instead of notes, as a shadow theater where people is the main symbolic element of the facade.
A relaxed "living room" style space where all type of activities mix, the initial concept includes mixed parliament and art exhibition spaces with people from all different classes and ages.

From the personal trip experience the building proved to be very cozy and have a nice light, different from the dark feeling you get from walking in the center streets surrounded by tall buildings. The views offer and open sky and perspective of the city thanks to the empty space of the adjacent square.
