Glue wars: el metacrilato de 0,75€ del chino muy mal, el Etilcianocrilato (Loctite superglue 3) de 6,50€ va mejor, mas rápido y mancha menos. Lo bueno sale caro...15/06/2015

Designing working-studying and "living room" area in floors 1º and 5ª (continuous loop).
Many different seating on working area: standing seat, fitness ball, etc. Common conference room to hold meetings, videoconferences on flip flops, or brag about if necessary.
Possible slide between living room and dining...


Next step:
-finishing ongoing area
-Polishing exterior ring typology
-Apply room typology on remaining areas
-Brief design of some of the semi-public spaces in between rooms (small living and working areas).

Added:
Laundry (per 5 storeys)
Comedor #2 on 4º floor (2x 5 storeys)

Laundry: located on “wedge 3” (replacing one residential unit), is communicated to continuous winter garden at pedestrian level.
On the other side is communicated visually to a double height space, with the 4º comedor below and other common areas at same level (area covered by walkable nets).
Washing machine and driers are place in the middle to allow views, ping pong table can be used to fold the clothes or play a match while waiting.

Comedor #2 on 4º floor: unlike comedor in 2º, this one is visually communicated to the unique double height activity (magenta), at its level 2.
On the other side has a double height module linked to the laundry and other common areas above.

Se recoge la mayor parte del material.





Cosa curiosa, tiene un plástico pegado en ambas caras…
10 segundos que tarda sacárselo x 1500 piezas= 4-5 horas pelando metacrilato como un pelotudo… hay que hacer outsourcing de maquetas a china.

El cianocrilato como cola mancha un poco.

Habrá que buscar de pegarlo con cloroformo, a ver dónde se consigue cloroformo...
Los usuarios de forocoches parece saber dónde conseguirlo, que gente mas maja.
